Horses of a Different Color For All Walks of Life
Dream Catcher Ranch

Update: 1 Jul ‘08

I have created a new website dedicated to appaloosa colored horses that carry one or more dilution genes (cream, dun, champagne, etc).  I would like to add as many dilute appaloosas as possible to this new site as a one stop shop for people interested in buckskin, palomino, dun, and champagne appaloosa colored horses whether buying, selling, leasing, or standing a stallion at stud.  If you would like to advertise your dilute appaloosa colored horse, please stop by my new website.  Will be free the first year while I build the site into a more sophisticated and developed means of doing business.  www.diluteappaloosas.com

We are a small breeding and training facility if you can technically call us that.  I've spent several years (and gone through several horses) trying to get together my perfect small herd of horses that fit within my goals, but that I can also use to breed a couple quality foals each year on the side.  I typically prefer to own mares, as the number and quality of breeding stallions out there seems endless.  but I do have my dream horse (gelding) and western performance stallion.

So what are my expectations for Dream Catcher Ranch?! I'm interested in a horse that is athletic enough to seriously compete in the sport horse realm and working western realm, has spectacular color, and Arabian personality & style.  "Does that horse even exist," you ask?!  Not in any significant number!  Believe me, I've been looking for years.  I finally found my gelding, but geldings don't breed.

My love of the Arabian and Appaloosa has only recently come to fruition in the creation of Dream Catcher Ranch.  I love the beautiful and majestic Arabian  and the wildly colored Appaloosas for their purity, character, and endurance.

The Araloosa is the perfect combination of beauty and stamina.  My goal with Dream Catcher Ranch will be to create my ideal type of competition and family horse with a bit of pizazz - the kind of horse that commands attention when it enters your sight and earns the respect it deserves for its chosen profession.  A horse whose spirit inspires you, has the courage of a warrior, the will of a survivor, and the heart to love unconditionally.
